The equipment must remain in its delivered condition with security inspection tags intact. Return transit is arranged via our dedicated White-Glove logistics team, with refunds issued within 7 business days of receipt and bench verification at our Cardiff laboratory.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the purchase or servicing of equipment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cardiff, Wales.
